1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jingobaba.store/pk/, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address
- One phone = one account. Multiple accounts per phone number are not allowed and may be suspended
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to place orders
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and inclusive of taxes
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will contact you before processing
- Order confirmation does not guarantee availability — we will notify you if an item is out of stock
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order via chat, WhatsApp (0324-7715750), or your dashboard. After 1 hour, the order is auto-confirmed and cannot be cancelled
4. Loyalty Points Program
- Earn 2% points on every delivered order (e.g., Rs. 1,000 order = 20 points)
- Points have LIFETIME validity — they never expire
- Points are credited after a 7-day hold from delivery date
- No points on cancelled or returned orders
- Redeem points at checkout (1 point = Rs. 1 discount)
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value except as store credit
5. Referral & Commission Program

- Commission is credited instantly to your wallet (no hold period)
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs. 500
- No self-referral: Referring yourself is fraud and will result in account termination
- Commission rates are subject to change with 7 days notice
- All referral rewards are tracked transparently in your dashboard
💰 Example: You refer Ahmed. Ahmed's 2nd order is Rs. 5,000 (delivered). You earn Rs. 250 (5%) instantly!
6. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake accounts or fake orders
- Self-referral for commission fraud
- Abusing return/refund policy
- Posting false reviews
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the website
Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of points/commissions, and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Jingobaba (logos, images, text, designs) is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email or website notice.
