1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities across Pakistan including:
- Major Cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala
- Small Cities & Towns: Via Leopards, TCS, Trax & M&P courier network
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take 1-2 extra days

You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.
5. Track Your Order
- Go to Track Order page on our website
- Enter your Order ID (e.g., JB-12345)
- See real-time status: Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered

6. Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure your phone is reachable — the rider will call before delivery
- Have your Order ID ready for verification
- For COD orders, please keep exact change ready if possible
- If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery 2 more times
7. Failed Delivery
- After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to reschedule (additional shipping may apply)
- If unclaimed for 7 days, the order is cancelled and refunded (if prepaid)
